When can I expect my book picks?

All RIAL book picks are distributed to our subscription members during the first full week of every month based on their preferred delivery method. *Per our policy, the first full week of a month must start on a Sunday or Monday.

Can I pick my own subscription books?

Nope. Our team handpicks every monthly book for our subscription members and you won’t know what book you’re getting until you receive it.

When will I be billed?

You will be billed every month on the same date that you signed up for your subscription. Remember every renewal payment we process for you covers the cost of your RIAL book pick for the following month. For example, if your renewal payment is processed on April 15th, it guarantees that you will receive one of our May book picks.

NOTE: If you sign up on the 31st and the following month only has 30 days, you will be billed on the 30th of that month.

How do I pause or cancel my subscription?

You can pause or cancel your RIAL subscription any time you want through your Shelves account. A pause lasts for 90 days (3 months) and you can pause as many times as you need to.
