When we launched our Reading Is a Lifestyle Book Subscription service in 2021, it was never about competing against book clubs or an attempt to undermine them. Our goal was simple: to create a one of a kind membership experience that gives readers the intimate community and fellowship that book clubs provide minus the traditional rules that most book clubs have. We wanted to serve readers living all over the USA and we are happy to report that we’re doing just that and so much more.

We originally started our RIAL Book Subscription delivering new release hardcover books for adults (featuring characters 18 years or older) to our members. One year later, we added a Young Adult reading option, which is a category of books that is largely adored by both teens and adults. And in the fall of 2024, we introduced our RIAL Christian Book Subscription for believers who want to edify their entertainment with Christian fiction.
Choose your payment plan
Customers have always had the option to pay for their RIAL Book Subscription on a month-to-month basis. However, after receiving inquiries from customers who wanted to gift our subscription to family members and friends, we added a 3-month payment plan, which has since become our most popular payment option. Plus, it includes an annual savings of $20 per year.
Choose your genres
Based on our bookselling experience and market research, we’ve discovered that giving our subscription members six genres to choose from ensures that they receive a diverse range of books while keeping things simple. Analysis paralysis can rear its ugly head when there are a lot of options to choose from and our RIAL Book Subscription takes the stress out of shopping for books. Some customers choose three genres while others choose all six. Either way, we’re happy to put brand new books into the hands of eager readers like you.

After customers choose their reading experience, payment plan, and genres, they must add their RIAL Book Subscription to their shopping cart then head over to checkout to complete their purchase. New members receive a welcome email containing additional information about our subscription like the 20% RIAL Member discount, which will automatically be applied to any book inside their cart at checkout except sale items.
