"Today we hosted our very first in person Reading Is a Lifestyle Member Hangout to celebrate our 5-year Subscription Anniversary and it is by far the BEST event that we`ve ever hosted since I launched Shelves in 2019! 😊
Although many of our subscription members were unable to attend because they live out-of-state, a few decided to take the road trip down to Charlotte for the day and I`m so glad they did. We laughed, shared stories, drank coffee, traded books, and ate good food at @sumaqclt this afternoon. One of our inaugural members also announced that she recently got engaged to the man in her life who I was rooting for. 🥺
I`m so thankful that God gave me the idea for our RIAL Book Subscription as well as the gifts and tools to build such a wonderful community for readers. I truly don`t take our RIAL Crew for granted and I sincerely appreciate all the ways that they support our indie bookstore. ❤️
