“In my past career as a HR professional, I always kept a book in my handbag. Since I relied on public transportation to get back n’ forth to work everyday, I chose to spend my commute reading a book. I often visited the local library during my lunch break to pick up books that I had on hold, and I’d ocassionally fit in a trip to the bookstore too. Well all those years I spent stuffing my handbag with books inspired version 3 of our Reading Is Freedom collection; and like all of our designs, it is rooted in my belief that reading is a wonderful lifestyle that should be celebrated. The mental and emotional freedom that books offer continues to inspire me to serve the readers, writers, and dreamers of the world with excellence and this new design is no exception.
